Manufacturing process

In our workshop, each stage of the manufacturing process blends the tradition of Romanian craftsmanship with contemporary precision, beginning with the hand-selection of every piece of responsibly sourced wood, optimally dried in specially designed chambers. The material is then cut and prepared according to the design, preserving the integrity of the grain and natural texture, after which our artisans move on to shaping and artisanal joinery—dovetail joints, recessed edges, and hand-carved contours that add organic accents. Following successive rounds of sanding, we apply eco-friendly finishes based on natural oils and waxes, intended to protect and highlight the wood’s unique hues. In the final phase, we meticulously inspect every detail—from the balance of surfaces to the functionality of mechanisms—before packaging and delivery, ensuring that each piece arrives as a functional work of art.
