Manufacturing process

Domus joinery is made through a carefully controlled production process, based on precision and superior quality. The windows are made of natural wood of resinous essence, oak or meranti, in a double or triple layered system (KKK), which gives them structural stability and durability over time. The processing of the profiles is done using high-performance CNC machines (MASTERWOOD – PROJECT 565), guaranteeing the perfect execution of each detail. The entire process complies with an ISO certified quality management system, and the final products are classified in the highest classes of resistance and tightness, following rigorous technical testing.

Domus windows are made exclusively from ecological materials, safe for health and friendly to the environment. The laminated wood used is treated with LOMILUX ecological stains and paints, available in a wide range of colors and finishes, to suit any architectural style – from classic to contemporary. All components, from the German G-U SIEGENIA hardware to the TRELLEBORG gaskets and the Low-E thermal insulating glass with Argon, are carefully chosen to ensure a final product that combines performance, aesthetics and durability.
