Stairs

Manufacturing process

Each staircase begins with a detailed sketch created together with you to capture precisely the desired proportions and style. Once the final dimensions are approved, our craftsmen hand-select the beams and wood slats, taking care to highlight the natural knots and grain. We then proceed to shaping and cutting each step using traditional methods or precision CNC techniques, followed by the careful assembly of the components. The final step is fine sanding and the application of the finish coat to ensure smooth, long-lasting surfaces.

Services included

In every project, we offer full design consultancy so that you can perfectly integrate the staircase into your home’s architecture.

  • On-site measurements for maximum accuracy
  • 2D and 3D plan renderings with proposals

Quality and sustainability

We use only FSC-certified wood, sourced from responsibly managed forests, to protect woodlands and ensure full traceability of every log. Our eco-friendly oil- and wax-based finishes contain no harmful solvents and allow the wood to breathe. All workshop waste is either recycled or transformed into secondary materials, minimizing environmental impact. Through this approach, our staircases are not only durable but also planet-friendly.
